The FAMS Organising Committee has confirmed dates for the 5th Food Allergen Management Symposium (FAMS) to be held across 3 days from 30th May to 1st June 2023.

We have come a long way since the original event in Sydney Australia in 2015.  A first of its kind, at the time, through 5 iterations of this event, FAMS has garnered a reputation for bringing together the international food allergen management community to share knowledge, exchange ideas, discuss research and deepen relationships. In 2023 we will once again bring together stakeholders from across the spectrum and the globe to reflect on the territory we have traversed and confront the challenges ahead in this evolving field.
