The 1st and 2nd International Conference in November 2021 and in June 2022 (due to the pandemic as a purely digital version) showed us that the topic of "plant-based alternatives" is on everyone's lips. Numerous participants showed great interest in developing and marketing vegan and vegetarian products. Many companies in the dairy industry have already entered this segment and are dealing intensively with the topic.  

At our 4th international conference, we will show you the importance of this topic for the dairy industry and will continue to do so in the future . This conference is organized in cooperation with Herbertz Dairy Food.
