The 37th EFFoST International Conference 2023 will be hosted by the University of Valencia and the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA-CSIC), supported by an independent scientific committee.

 

We would like to invite you to EFFoST2023, which will be held in the city of Valencia, Spain, from 6-8 November 2023.

 

The European Green Deal and the Sustainable Development Goals require the food sector to develop innovative and sustainable processes to accelerate the transition to sustainable food systems that ensure food security, nutrition, and public health. EFFoST2023 will showcase the latest scientific discoveries and technologies to obtain new ingredients and foods. This conference will pave the way to achieving effective solutions and contributing to the goal that everyone has access to sufficient, safe, nutritious, and sustainable food.
